  I am a frequent customer of this location. However, I visited this location on 1/10/2017 at 3:30pm. In the building, there were only two younger men working there and an older gentleman giving his order in line in front of me. The cashier took the man's order then walked away and completely ignored me. He was more concerned about people in the drive thru and counting his timbits than taking my order. I waited about 6-7 minutes before the other employee looked at me and asked if I was waiting for a chicken sandwich. When I said no I want to place an order. he looked at his friend and walked away. Both continued to ignore me so I walked away, but both employees kept intermittently looking in my direction. Apparently I nor my money was important enough for them. When another man came in the building shortly after me they rushed to take his order and got his order fairly quickly. I was currently fighting a migraine at the time and just wanted an iced cappuchino, but instead I was ignored and treated as if I was the scum under their shoes just because I am a woman. I find this act despicable and very offensive!! As employees of a customer service based establishment, I truly hope these sexist employees learn to treat everyone with respect no matter what gender they are. I also hope that other women customers are treated with more dignity and respect than I received today. I will definitely not be visiting this location again any time soon!

  As a previous employer i am highly disappointed in the reaction and attitude i got from the manager Cassie at this location. I called to ask to see if i could get a copy of my W2 which i never received in the mail. She said rudely that "there is nothing i can do about it that i would need to check with my postal service that maybe i've moved recently and there was a mix up." I've lived at the same residence for over 14 years and I know from previously working there, that there is access to employees W2s and that they could easily print me a copy off. Will be contacting corporate because the situation was not handled correctly or politely at all!!!

  P.S. I know the store manager who over sees the three locations ad the owner are better than this, so i'm hoping they re-evaluate who their choosing to serve our community.
